Polyclinic Milmedika is a pioneer of the private health sector in Montenegro. Since its founding in 1993. as a pediatric practice, our institution has come a long way through continuous development and improvement. Dr. Jovan Milić is an ophthalmologist credited with the revival of cataract surgeries in Nikšić after three decades. In 2024, he performed over 1,500 cataract operations, significantly improving the vision and quality of life for many residents. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating eye diseases, Dr. Milić specializes in cataract surgery, retinal diseases, and vitreoretinal surgery. He completed his primary and secondary education in Nikšić and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at University of Montenegro, He completed his specialization in ophthalmology at the Medical Faculty of the University of Belgrade, and completed his specialist internship at the Clinic for Eye Diseases of the Clinical Center of Montenegro, the Clinic for Ophthalmology of KBC Zvezdara and the Clinic for Eye Diseases of the Clinical Center of Serbia. He further enhancing his skills through programs in Poland and Austria.
He speaks English, French and German.
Todorović Ophthalmology and Aesthetics
Dr. Nenad Todorović completed Medical High School in Podgorica, specializing as a laboratory technician, after which he enrolled in Faculty of Medicine. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine Foča, East Sarajevo. He completed his specialization in ophthalmology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. Adriana Lagator started her professional career at the Medical High School in Kotor, earning the title of nurse-technician. With over 17 years of experience at the Institute for Emergency Medical Care of Montenegro, she has had the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge and skills in providing emergency medical care. Additionally, her experience includes working in the operating room and pediatrics, allowing her to gain a comprehensive insight into various areas of healthcare.
